**About this role:**

**In this role, you will:**
+ Perform operational accounting activities related to account transactions and maintenance
+ Process and resolve assigned cases accurately, according to written procedures and within established timeframes
+ Assist in reconciling general ledger accounts
+ Complete daily risk control related processes, and procedures
+ Research, investigate and document errors, items out of balance, and other work needing resolution
+ Review and approve work of employees to ensure compliance, accuracy and alignment with procedures
+ Complete additional tasks as requested by leadership for special projects or new tasks related to the line of business
+ Answer internal and external questions by email and/or phone to resolve client operational needs
+ Resolve client statements issues, resolve customer billing and fee setup issues, assist with revenue share schedule exception calculations, research out of balances related to payment processing, and research credit limit mismatches within the systems
+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
+ Assist in writing and updating operational procedures
+ Coach and provide input to team members concerning errors, following procedures and improving accuracy
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years of Operational Accounting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Accounts Payable/Receivables experience
+ Revenue Auditing/Expense Auditing experience
+ Understanding of reconciliation process
+ Advanced Microsoft Office skills
+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
+ Strong research experience
+ Experience in WellsOne Commercial Card Product or other similar banking products
+ Experience with Service View, TSYS and Hogan
+ Ability to lead, train and coach junior employees
+ Ability to manage risk
+ Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
+ Ability to collaborate with others and work effectively in a team environment
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
**Job Expectations:**
+ This position offers a hybrid work schedule

**Salary Range:**
+ Posted locations: $68,000.00 - $104,000.00 Annually
