About the role The Operation Technician provides support to all areas of production, ensuring that both machines and facilities are maintained to operate in a safe efficient manner. This position has a continuous 12-hour shift and is both days and nights. Key responsibilities + Operate mobile equipment + Provide support in daily operations of the facility + Contribute to implementing continuous improvements + Maintain consistent production quality and work records Qualifications and skills + Minimum grade 12 education + Mechanical aptitude + Able to perform physical labour or work at heights + Able to lift up to 50lbs + Strong computer skills + Ability to work independently or in a team environment + Able to comprehend and follow safety procedures + Work well in a team environment and able to communicate well with peers and supervisors via verbal and written communication + Strong work ethic The pay rate for this position is $21.32 per hour.
