What is the opportunity?

Our RBC Cards Investigations Transaction Service Group under our Canadian Banking Operations business is looking for an Operations Officer. With your in-depth knowledge of Personal and Business products along with strong communication and collaboration skills, you will be responsible for the successful end to end fulfillment of applications until the activation stage.

What will you do?

Take full accountability for quality and accuracy of day to day job responsibilities, tasks and activities ensuring a balanced focus on client experience, efficiency and effectiveness and operational risk and complianceProactively and independently manage your day by utilizing all available resources (Folios/Procedures/SharePoint/etc.)Consistently demonstrate a sense of urgency in a high pressured deadline driven environment, multi task and ensure that the team and the centre are meeting service commitments on a daily basisExercise due diligence in following RBC operational risk policies, procedures, standards and guidelinesEnsure productivity is maintained in keeping with Performance Edge Model

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Knowledge of Point of Sale and ATM products and proceduresProven Information Gathering and Investigation experienceProblem solving, processing knowledge, attention to detail with a developed sense of urgencyDemonstrate a high sense of urgencyAbility to Listen, Understand & Respond in a professional manner at all times and under all situationsIntermediate level knowledge of excelFlexible, adaptable and willing to learn new thingsAbility to multitask and have strong organization and prioritization skills.Available to work Monday to Friday between 7:00 am to 3.00 pm.

Nice-to-have

Solid knowledge of Product, Policies, good working knowledge of RBC SystemsInvestigation experienceWorking knowledge of applications such cart, Base 24, Siebel, IRIS, Sales Platform, Application Launchpad, Service Platform, On Demand etc.
