\n\nSupport your superior to create a standard and solid operation by monitoring all the teams to follow the Work Instructions to eliminate the deviations’s impact from operation activities. \nAccountable on a) Standardize the processes, b) Reduce the processes dispersions from employee to employee c) Reduce employees fatigue after working day by ensure following topics are in place and followed:- a) All staffs trained by work instructions and related forms required for the operation. b) Update and review them regularly to ensure they are appropriate for the operation, eliminate wastes in processesand obsolete documents, duplicated reportings are removed to avoid cost of un neccessaries;Model actively standardization and coach the team to standardize work.\nValidate standards in your work place regulary, report your superior for any non compliances and corrective,preventive actions plan as weekly basis\nMaintain daily operational standard and ensure the opertative staff to follow WI or QSOP/SSOP.\n\nCustomer Engagement
\n\nDeliver through Operation process efficiency, Receiving/Picking/Loading productivity, Safety, People Management,Quality which provides the basics conditions for sustaining the long-term results, to ensure customer strong engagement\nResource Planning and management\nUse the resource planing tool to manage Inbound strategy aligned with customer’s forecast volume considering the SPR’s – Standard Productivity rate of your team. Plan consistenly to get optimized resource usage.Lead the teams to achieve the Inbound ‘s Target with the most efficient and productive. \nLead actively regular operational performance reviews with site supervisors and management team, with focus on profitability, overall efficiency of the Inbound process in line with targets and performances via Performance Dialogs, validate your team regular to ensure the performances reviews are team’s routines.\nBalance the span of control, ensure muti functionalities of employees are in place and provide adequate\n\n\nManage absenteeism, overtime and turnover of your team every week.\n\nProvide feedback and update channels for your team (e.g. Performance Dialogue boards, daily briefing sessions, EOS) to enable active contribution to the improvement and development of the teams.
Requirements\nControl the integrity, maintenance, repair, damages and loss of the equipment used for Operation staffs;\nFollow up that the times for the start of the shift, the break and the lunch are respected according to the agreed and confirmed time schedules;\nReport to your superior, communicate and share with other section managers the shift performances, issues and pending tasks;\nControl the stock of equipment in the warehouse to be sufficient for use in every times.\nLiaison with the Makro store for any matter concerning sending or receiving equipment (Pallet , Basket ,Fish tank)\nDaily Monitor receiving and cleaning equipment Accuracy and take actions to minimize and prevent the receiving errors;\nControl the receipt, picking, loading of equipment according to the WI, Safety policy, Quality policy and other company standards;\nManage of stock balance performance not to exceed the targets\nPerform Stages Control Inbound, Distrubution, Outbound;\nSupport the activities of the Operation area where necessary;\nPerform control in all areas ( Equipment not damage, Cleaness of the area, Pallets in correct palletize pattern, Equipment are in good condition ect.,)\nProductivity/Effectiveness and Direct Hours of the team according to the targets;\nAdjust the team according to the Daily Labor Planning;\nPerformance Dialogues with your staff on daily base;\nConduct GEMBA walks within the receiving area as per your routine;\nConduct BBS as the goals set for your role;\n
