Responsibilities\nDaily Monitor Picking Accuracy and take actions to minimize and prevent the picking errors\nControl the receipt, picking, loading of products according to the Work Instruction, Safety policy, Quality policy and other company standards\nManage of claim performance not to exceed the targets\nPerform Stages Control Inbound, Distribution, Outbound\nPerform control in all areas (Pallets not mixed store, Cleanness of the area, Pallets in correct palletize pattern, Pallets are in good wrapped ect.,)\nFollow up that the times for the start of the shift, the break and the lunch are respected according to the agreed and confirmed time schedules\nPerformance Dialogues with your staff on daily base\nSupport the activities of the Operation area where necessary\nRequirements\nAt least 2 years of working experiences in logistics, supply chain Management or retail business\nGood analytical and problem solving skills\nComputer knowledge in areas of Microsoft Office (MS Excel (advance) is a must), E-mail, and Internet.\nAble to work independently with minimal supervision\nGood communication both in Thai and English\n
