Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.

Manage Windows OS, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot for device deployment and maintenance.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to ensure optimal performance.Implement security policies and compliance measures for end-user devices.Perform system upgrades, patches, and software installations.Collaborate with IT teams to improve device management and automation.Maintain documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.Oversee and maintain air conditioning (Aircon) systems to ensure proper cooling for IT equipment.Manage Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems to provide backup power during outages.Maintain and monitor FM200 fire suppression systems for data center safety.Implement computer room monitoring solutions to track environmental conditions and equipment health.Provision and manage server racks, ensuring efficient space utilization and cable management.Perform preventive maintenance on IT facilities to minimize downtime and optimize performance.Collaborate with vendors and IT teams for infrastructure upgrades and troubleshooting.Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Education

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT Infrastructure or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience:

5+ years of experience in IT systems and end-user computing.Expertise in Windows OS, SCCM, Intune, and Azure administration.Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data protection strategies.Experience in data center operations, HVAC systems, and power management.Knowledge of fire suppression systems, UPS configurations, and server rack management.

Certifications:

Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or ITIL is a plus.Certifications such as Data Center Certified (DCCA), ITIL, or HVAC-related credentials may be preferred.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
