We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operation Manager to lead and optimize airport operations in Dubai. This role involves managing daily activities, ensuring excellent customer service, implementing efficient processes, and maintaining safety standards to enhance the overall airport operations experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily airport operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Manage and lead a diverse team to achieve operational targets and maintain high performance levels.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with airport regulations.
- Coordinate with airport authorities and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met consistently.
- Manage budget and resources effectively to optimize operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols within the parking facilities.
- Lead training and development initiatives for staff to enhance skills and performance.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in operations management, preferably within airport industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of airport operations and regulatory requirements.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.
Salary:
AED 10,000 to 16,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
