The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Flow and Reservoir Monitoring manufacturing operations in accordance with Company policy, governmental legislation, and quality service goals. This role is responsible for the effective and efficient use of financial, capital, and human resources.
Salary Range: 111K - 166K Annually (base pay)

Responsibilities
Maintain adequate, trained, and motivated staff, ensuring compliance with personnel policies, health, safety, and employment practices Promote forward-thinking plans and procedures to enhance company performance in response to changing market conditions Ensure and promote safety, environmental, and DOT compliance within the production department Oversee personnel in the Warehouse & Assembly departments Determine equipment and supply needs while maintaining appropriate inventory levels Communicate with customers and sales to perform services according to specifications Schedule supervisors and ensure accuracy and timeliness of their work, reports, and expenses Perform service, repair, or maintenance tasks as needed Ensure accurate inventory records by properly logging all materials Understand all products and services available at the location to discuss in-depth with customers Ensure quality repair of customer materials according to procedures and policies Ability to manually move warehouse inventory and stock as required Oversee equipment and facility maintenance Recognize problems and improvements, and communicate them to upper management Review performance against operating plans and standards, providing reports and consulting with the Plant Manager as needed Submit all required reports on a timely basis Carry out work assignments to the highest quality level Provide orientation and on-the-job training, ensuring authority and responsibility for each position is defined and understood Perform duties according to the Quality Policy and comply with all Quality Systems Manual, Standard Operating Procedures, and workplace Instructions Understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford Perform various other duties assigned by the supervisor within the physical constraints of the jobRequirements
10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment related to building precision electro-mechanical and optical assemblies Experience working in an ISO 9001 certified environment Solid working knowledge of precision electro-mechanical systems Strong verbal and written communication skills Advanced computer skills Strong leadership and quality skills Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate personnel to balance staffing strength with profitability and growth Understanding of budgetary process and fiscal responsibility requirements Ability to work effectively under pressure Multi-tasking abilityPreferred Qualifications
