职位描述
运维策略与管理：制定 Datacenter 和网络基础设施运维战略规划与流程规范，推动新技术应用，保障系统高可用、高性能与安全合规，支撑公司业务发展。
团队建设与领导：管理运维团队，明确成员分工，组织技术培训与绩效考核，营造良好团队氛围，提升团队整体运维能力，吸引并留住优秀人才。
日常运维保障：监督数据中心服务器、存储、网络等设备日常运维，管理网络拓扑与 IP 地址，优化资源配置，建立监控体系，执行数据备份恢复，确保基础设施稳定运行。
应急与供应商协作：主导故障应急处理，制定并演练应急预案；管理供应商合作关系，监督服务质量，保障采购及服务符合公司利益，推动运维项目顺利实施。
职位要求
经验要求：8 年以上 IT 运维工作经验，其中至少 3 年以上数据中心运维和网络运维管理经验，具备大型数据中心或复杂网络环境运维管理经验者优先。
专业技能：精通数据中心基础设施与网络技术原理，熟悉操作系统、虚拟化、数据库运维；具备脚本编程能力，掌握常用运维监控与配置管理工具；了解 IT 服务管理体系。
能力素质：具备优秀的领导、组织协调与沟通能力；拥有较强的问题解决和决策能力；具备良好的学习与创新意识，工作责任心强，能承受较大工作压力。
证书资质：持有 CCNP/CCIE、HCNP/HCIE、VCP、RHCE 等相关专业认证，或拥有 ITIL、CISA、CISSP 等认证者优先。
