A. Order Process a. Order fulfillment for all service orders-taking care of service order upon PO receipt till delivery, scheduling and billing b. For contract PO- ensure PM servicing/ additional jobs copes is planned and billed according to quotation c. Prepare service agreement and follow up with customer on the return signed service agreement d. Record all service order and ensure all billing completed as planned before month end closing B.Scheduling a. Planning manpower allocation on monthly and daily basis b.Co-ordinate with contractor for work schedule c. Preparing service appointment related paperwork with customer e.g. apply PTW, submit site required documents, name list, etc. d. Monitor and arranging SIC for engineer and contractor e. Issue WO in Sales Force C. Issue Purchase Requestion a. Checking and verifying all contractor cost before issue PR for SCM issue PO , this is including Malaysia and Vietnam , Philippines( all under ledger 5901) b. Issuing PR for spare parts purchase under comprehensive maintenance D. Warranty a. Handling warranty’s enquiry e.g checking warranty status for SG, Malaysia b.Verifying extended warranty PO and coordinating with distributor to obtain UPS/user information for warranty cert c. Issue warranty certificate for single phase d. Update SAP for period of warranty extension UPS e. Process local warranty claim process and issue RMA f. Process CPS IFAR for engineer g. Assisting to knock off spare parts used in comprehensive maintenance from SAP including Malaysia and Indonesia E. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System: a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS f. Create a culture of continuous improvement F: Salesforce Data management a. Maintain, update, and validate service-related records including work orders, customer accounts, and asset information. b. Provide administrative support to Field Service Engineers by ensuring accurate scheduling, resource allocation, and service documentation. c. Generate dashboards and reports to track service performance, engineer productivity, and customer satisfaction. d.
