Operation Analysis Supervisor

Job Description

What you will do?

Actively attend and support walkthrough and process owner meetingsPrepare process narratives, maps and flowcharts of processes based on walkthroughsPerform audit tests and prepares work papers and other reporting documentsDocument test work in the STAR systemEvaluate test results including identification of gaps, symptoms and root causeIdentify alternative controls and develop initial draft recommendations for issues identified in testingAssist in preparation of the draft audit reportEvaluate the completeness of the auditee’s corrective action plansElevate issues/concerns as necessary within GMASPerform related work as assigned by lead auditor(s) and/or ManagerComplete work timely and in accordance with GMAS Audit Methodology, Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and other applicable standards, and defined plans, budgets, and schedulesDevelop an understanding of appropriate business aspects, risks, potential fraud, performance requirements and control processes and systems of auditable activities assigned to auditParticipate in ongoing professional developmentServe as a brand ambassador for ‘One GMAS’

Knowledge / Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related

Language skill: Fluent in English

Proficiency in MS Office – advanced -

Desired Knowledge: Excel Macro / Power BI

Work Appropriately

Hybrid: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis.
