**Job Family:** Commercial Finance **Req ID:** 473581 Finansman şirketimizin operasyon departmanında görev alacak, tüm operasyonel süreçlerde etkin rol alacak "Operasyon Yetkilisi" arıyoruz.Görev ve Sorumluluklar:• Müşteri sözleşmelerinin hazırlanması, kontrol edilmesi ve karşılıklı olarak imzalanma süreçlerinin yürütülmesi• Sözleşme, teminat ve diğer yasal evrakların kontrolü, dijital veya fiziksel olarak arşivlenmesi,• Kredi kullandırım işlemlerinin sistemsel olarak gerçekleştirilmesi ve takibi,• Kullandırılan kredilerin ödeme planlarının hazırlanması ve müşterilere iletilmesi,• Gerekli iç kontrol adımlarına uygun şekilde tüm operasyonel süreçlerin yürütülmesi,• Müşteri bilgilerinin ve belgelerinin mevzuata uygun olarak kontrol edilmesi • Muhasebe ve finans departmanlarıyla koordineli şekilde ödeme süreçlerine destek verilmesi,• İç ve dış denetimlerde talep edilen evrak ve bilgilerin hazırlanmasına destek verilmesi,Aranan Nitelikler:• Üniversitelerin ilgili bölümlerinden mezun (İşletme, İktisat, Bankacılık, Finans vb.),• Finansal kuruluşlarda operasyon alanında en az 2-3 yıl deneyimli,• BDDK, MASAK ve ilgili diğer finansal düzenleyici kurumların mevzuatına hâkim• MS Office programlarını etkin kullanabilen,• Tercihen kredi süreçleri hakkında bilgi sahibi,• Güçlü iletişim becerileri, problem çözme yetkinliği ve süreç takibi konusunda disiplinli bir yaklaşım• Takım çalışmasına yatkın, yüksek sorumluluk bilinci ve müşteri odaklı bakış açısına sahip What We Offer?
