• Recepción de llamadas para creación y despacho de tickets de mantenimiento reactivo • Contacto proactivo con usuarios para incentivar calificación de servicios • Gestión y carga de accesos para proveedores en sistema • Seguimiento y control de órdenes de servicio • Atención al cliente interno y externo
HORARIOS DE TRABAJO:
Lunes a Viernes: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Fines de Semana (rotativo): Sábado O Domingo
1er turno: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
2do turno: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
3er turno: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Incluye 1 hora de comida | 6 días laborales x 1 de descanso
REQUISITOS:
✓ Preparatoria, carrera técnica o equivalente ✓ Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en call center o atención telefónica ✓ Comunicación asertiva y clara ✓ Habilidades para solución de problemas ✓ Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana rotativos ✓ Manejo básico de sistemas computacionales
