Job Responsibilities

Responsible for completing production processes as trained by the production leader, supervisor, or designee.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Ensure the accurate use of applicable clothing and safety equipment during processes.Report any issues related to quality, efficiency, work instructions, work environment, safety, or tools to the supervisor or line leader.Adhere strictly to production standards.Assist line leaders and supervisors in responding to observations or participating in ISO 9000, ISO13485, and CFR audits, within the scope of responsibility.Perform additional duties as assigned to meet organizational needs.

Job Requirements

Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and production protocols.Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent communication skills to report issues and collaborate effectively.Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, though not strictly required.Willingness to adapt and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
