**Introduction** About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Package Specialist to join our HR Technology team. This role is critical in configuring and maintaining OpenText solutions, with a strong focus on PowerDocs for letter generation and integration with HR processes. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with excellent communication skills to bridge business needs and development teams. **Your role and responsibilities** Configure and maintain PowerDocs templates for HR letters (simple and intermediate complexity). Define functional requirements by translating HR and user needs for developers. Manage issue triage and ensure timely resolution. Oversee developer deliverables and ensure deadlines are met. Participate in solution design calls and provide input on feasibility. Maintain compliance alignment and user experience standards for letter content. Control UAT and acceptance testing processes. Analyze Change Requests and assess impact. Integrate DocuSign and Adobe solutions with OpenText workflows. Support Java-based scripting for advanced configurations. Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth implementation and communication. **Required technical and professional expertise** Required Skills Strong analytical problem-solving skills. Excellent cross-team communication and stakeholder management. Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively. Technical familiarity with OpenText xECM and PowerDocs. Hands-on experience with PowerDocs configuration. Knowledge of DocuSign and Adobe integration. Basic understanding of Java and scripting for template customization. Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance standards.
