This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in OpenShift on bare metal infrastructure, who can lead complex deployments, troubleshoot performance issues, and collaborate across engineering and operations teams. Responsibilities: * Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Red Hat OpenShift on bare metal infrastructure * Collaborate with infrastructure, platform, and application teams to ensure seamless integration and performance * Provide hands-on support for installation, configuration, and tuning of OpenShift clusters * Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to networking, storage, and compute in a bare metal environment * Develop and maintain documentation for architecture, processes, and procedures * Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership throughout the engagement
