We're looking for a Open + Deployment Lead based at our factory in Sahiwal, Pakistan. Bring us your curiosity and a desire to challenge the everyday routine, and we’ll give you lots of responsibility. You’ll help us improve, inject innovation and build new ways of working that span the whole world.

 

Major Accountabilitie

 

Safety & Sustainability:

Ensure full compliance with local legislation and company policies and practices. Adhere to all Environment, Health and Safety (Sustainability) rules, policies and practices.

Ensure safety instruction, safety traineeship, and safety knowledge assessment for subordinates in cases as required by applicable legislation.

Ensure all subordinates adhere to all applicable Sustainability rules, policies and procedures. 

Execute a lead role to encourage behavior safety and mindset by demonstrating consistent behaviors and leads by example.

Holds a high level of self and others accountability towards safety.
Ensure execution of Open+ tools, teams engagement and participation to Sustainability programs

Provide full support in EHS Pillar and Sustainability department (OPEN+ related)

Quality:

Provide full support in Q Pillar & Function (OPEN+ related)

Being a lead role to encourage correct quality behaviors and mindset by demonstrating consistent behaviors and leads by example.

Delivery:

Coach the Pillar OPEN+ methodology across the site and  support Pillar teams to integrate standardized process into daily work, eliminate losses and solve problems in an autonomous way

Support Leadership Preparation and Learning.(Leaders and Pillar members’ qualification)

Build organizational capability to activate Pillars  and manage the readiness activities for next phases

Initiate and lead production related projects with the aim to sustainably improve safety, quality and factory performances

Implement and lead Pillars synchronization master plan

Cost.

Scout and lead productivity initiatives in order to drive site  losses elimination ( FI Pillar Leader)

Increase among departments business understanding and focus on KPIs impact by creating and maintaining an integrated & synchronized KPI cascading process

Ensure loss analysis/VSM are in place to trigger loss elimination initiatives

Morale:

Develop and coach assigned team, ensuring  a pipeline of talents is in place to support the continuous improvement effort in the affiliate and to maintain sustainability of OPEN+ expertise and capabilities.

Improve sense of ownership and engagement of  all employees by using adapted tools (e.g. visualization and charting) and through coaching and influence

Work with close relationship with OPEN+ communication representative in the design and implementation of the regional OPEN+ communication strategy.  

Provide full support to ORG pillar and P&C function (OPEN+ related)

 

Who We're Looking For

 

Education

College/University, Bachelor, or master’s degree. Ideally Engineering (Industrial, mechanical, etc.)

 

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in IWS, WCM
Minimum 5 years of experience in Production 

 

Functional Skills

OPEN +: Integrated Operating System – pillars, standard work processes, lean / continuous improvement methods and toolsFunctional: Manufacturing processes (if possible tobacco processing, make-pack-filtermaking), Quality management systems, Logistics, Supply Chain
