OnSite Team Lead - Rockford, IL
The Team Lead, OnSite Operations is responsible for managing surgical support services and leading the OnSite team at assigned medical facility. This role ensures equipment readiness, supports operating room teams during procedures, and drives operational efficiency through leadership, collaboration, and performance monitoring. The Team Lead serves as the primary point of contact for the account and is accountable for team engagement, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. **What you will do:** + Direct daily operations of the onsite team to ensure OR efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction. + Lead Tier 1 and hospital huddles to align team activities and communicate priorities. + Manage charge sheets and billing processes for the account. + Partner with hospital stakeholders, cross-divisional sales teams, and internal departments to drive account productivity. + Monitor and apply performance metrics to identify and implement process improvements. + Provide in-service training and product training to clinical staff upon request. + Oversee onboarding and compliance requirements for new hires and team members. + Coordinate program management activities and support continuous improvement initiatives across regional accounts. **What you need:** **Required Qualifications** + High School Diploma or equivalent + 3+ years of professional experience (5+ years of experience if no degree) + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. + Demonstrate strong communication, organization, time management, analytical thinking, interpersonal interaction, and equipment problem-solving skills. + Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and up to 20 lbs frequently; stands and walks for extended periods. + Near visual acuity (corrected), color vision, and manual dexterity. + Ability to observe and correct minute inconsistencies. + Professional appearance and adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality policies. **Preferred Qualifications** + Associate or bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent certifications. + Operating Room experience with knowledge of anatomy and surgical procedures. + Stryker product experience. + IAHCSMM CRCST Certification (for Sterile Processing roles) within 6 months of hire. + Experience onboarding new employees and mentoring team members. + Familiarity with Joint Commission requirements and hospital compliance standards. **​** **28.01 - 38.75 USD** per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
