Adecco is looking for an Onsite Recruiter to join our local team in McDonough, GA. In this role, the onsite recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill temporary and temporary-to-hire job orders while partnering with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs. Builds and maintains a comprehensive candidate pipeline that addresses client needs. Will work to execute all steps of the placement cycle for our customer orders while complying with company policy, employment law, and code of business conduct. Our goal is to provide applicants with employment, and clients with skilled associates that are well-matched to their unique hiring needs. **Responsibilities for the recruiter role include:** + Assist with identifying, sourcing, and screening top-quality candidates for open opportunities within the client program, as needed. + Attend to all candidates that contact the office, whether in person or online, ensuring that all candidates are provided with correct information about Adecco. + Conducts searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools, analyzes results, and modifies as appropriate to meet needs inventory. + Acts as a team lead or an escalation point of contact in the absence of management. + Participates in employee engagement activities and performs other duties as assigned. + Ensure that clients and candidates receive excellent service + Responds to temporary employee inquiries and escalate further as necessary. + Build and maintain relationships with associates and clients. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced environment; recruiting experience a plus. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) also required. Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships and networks. Must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease.
