Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join a centralized SRE team supporting a diverse portfolio of high-visibility applications and services. Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable cloud infrastructure (primary: AWS) supporting both internal and guest-facing applicationsManage environments including development, QA/test, and productionImplement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using TerraformEnsure availability, reliability, and performance across all layers: networking, compute, storage, databasesCollaborate with development and operations teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub ActionsUtilize containerization technologies (Docker) for consistent and efficient deploymentsTroubleshoot complex production issues, participate in operational reviews, and drive continuous improvement in system reliability and automation

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience: 5-7+ years in an enterprise SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering roleCloud Expertise: Advanced AWS experience (services, architecture, automation)OS: Strong Linux skills (approx. 80% Linux, 20% Windows exposure)Infrastructure as Code: Hands-on, current experience with TerraformVersion Control/CI-CD: Proficient with GitHub or GitLab for source control and integrating with CI/CD pipelinesContainerization: Solid experience with DockerCollaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across technical and non-technical teams

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Exposure to Azure and Google Cloud platformsFamiliarity with additional CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
