Summary
The Onshore Project Manager will lead and coordinate the end-to-end Oracle SaaS ERP implementation, working closely with business stakeholders, onshore teams, and vendor partners. The role demands strong project governance, communication, and delivery management skills, ensuring the implementation stays on time, within scope, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and timelines in alignment with client goalsDrive project execution using Oracle Implementation Methodology (OUM/AIM/TCM) or hybrid Agile-Waterfall approachMonitor project progress, manage schedule and resources, and resolve blockersStakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadershipConduct steering committee meetings, status reviews, and risk escalation sessionsManage expectations and ensure alignment between business and technical teamsRisk, Issues, and Change Management
Maintain risk registers, conduct impact assessments, and drive mitigation plansOversee change control procedures for scope, schedule, and cost adjustmentsTeam Management & Coordination
Collaborate with nearshore/onshore leads to assign and manage team tasksEnsure resource availability, productivity, and role clarity across cross-functional teamsCompliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to compliance, audit, and security standardsOversee testing (SIT, UAT), cutover planning, and go-live readinessReporting & Documentation
Prepare and present detailed dashboards, KPIs, and progress reports to stakeholdersMaintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycleRequirements & Preferred experience
10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle SaaS ERP (Financials, Procurement, SCM)Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, environments, and deployment modelsProven experience in managing multi-location delivery (onshore/onshore/nearshore)PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification preferredExcellent leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder communication skillsProficiency in MS Project / JIRA / Smartsheet and project tracking toolsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, IT, or BusinessHands-on exposure to Oracle Cloud implementation lifecyclesFamiliarity with integrations (OIC), data migration (FBDI), and reporting (BIP, OTBI)Experience in public sector / manufacturing / BFSI industry projects a plusFluent in Dutch and French is a plusAble to work 2-3 days onsite at the office in BrusselAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
