Job Purpose

Support the delivery of the Pegaga offshore development project, which includes an Integrated Central Processing Platform (CPP), host tie-ins, and brownfield modifications. Provide technical and project coordination across all phases, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective execution.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

Coordinate procurement, onshore construction, offshore installation, and hook-up & commissioning activities. Manage contract changes and variations, and review subcontractor quality plans. Provide technical and commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.

Operational Readiness & Handover

Support the development of pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up procedures. Work with Operations to ensure readiness for handover, including: Workforce planning Maintenance systems Red-lined documentation Safety case and critical component register First-year spares Long-term operations contracts (e.g., compressors) Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Civil, or related). Master’s in Project Management or Business Administration is a plus.

Experience

10+ years in oil & gas project engineering. Experience in offshore EPCIC projects, especially involving large CPPs. Familiarity with SPS, SURF, GEP, and ORF projects is highly desirable. Skills & Competencies Proficient in project tools (Primavera, MS Project). Strong financial and cost control skills. Risk management experience in offshore environments. Knowledge of international standards (ISO, HSE, environmental). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to adapt and lead during crises. Technical understanding of offshore systems and infrastructure. Comfortable working in multicultural, global teams.
