Domain Logistics Type of contract Fixed term position Experience Minimum 3 years Context & Environment Undeveloped industry infrastructure in country, with no Deepwater experience nor regulation and high expectations from a potential Oil and Gas development.GranMorgu Project is the first offshore deepwater development Suriname.Offshore surveys (Geotechnical, Geophysical, Seismic, etc.) are planned in 2025+.Multi-Blocks Wells, Logistics Services and Rigs CFT’s in 2024/2026+ for all for Explorations & Appraisals on B64, B6&8 and B58 GranMorgu Development in parallel. Company Integrated Logistics Base settlement in Suriname to support multi-blocks Exploration & Appraisal on B64, B6&8 and B58 GranMorgu Development for TEPSR as Operator. Restart of Exploration Drilling Operations as from 2026 (Deepwater unexplored B64 areas, shallow water B6/8, unexplored B58 areas).Development Drilling for B58 as from 2026 (shallow to deep water) to meet FO 2028 target.Shore base settlement in country with maritime access constraints.Adapt the organization depending on the phase of the project and Affiliate’s activities (E&A, Development, Production).Fast track and changing process, high planning uncertainties.Location: offshore Paramaribo, 4 weeks/4 weeks rotation.Frequent contacts with Company’s staff, contractors, customs and officials. Activities Ensure that Logistics provide a cost effective, efficient and safe service to our assets.Provide the most efficient support to the logistics operations activities with high level of safety.Supervise and ensure that good coordination is established between all requesters and the personnel in charge.Adapt to changes in work practices and job activities.Propose new ideas and synergies within Logistics for medium and long term, share good practices, skills and knowledge about the job. Be responsible for meeting agreed objectives.
OPERATION:
Vessel Planning and Coordination
Coordinate and update the vessel schedule in KABAL based on the plan defined by the Head of Logistics Operations, ensuring all inbound and outbound transits are properly recorded.Communicate any changes or updates promptly to the Head of Logistics Operations and Head of Marine.Anticipate operational needs and adjust planning to optimize vessel utilization and reduce downtime.Daily Operations and Compliance
Organize and monitor all day-to-day vessel activities in a safe, efficient manner, ensuring compliance with company rules and logistics procedures.Participate in daily Logistics/Drilling coordination meetings to align marine operations planning.Ensure tank cleaning operations are scheduled and follow up activities.Documentation and Traceability
Check manifests for all cargo, ensuring accurate recording in KABAL for each transit.Follow up on documentation for equipment and materials declared within KABAL to guarantee full traceability.Record all manifests (Inbound and Outbound). Ensure proper use of KABAL, guide vessel users for optimal use.Monitoring and Reporting
Track vessel activities daily, ensuring alignment with operational plans.Collect data for KPI reporting and contribute to the Logistics dashboard for performance monitoring.Track and record all derogation requests.Communication and Issue Management
Liaise with offshore sites to follow up on loading and discharging operations, ensuring smooth execution.Alert the Head of Logistics Operations promptly in case of missing information, inadequate requests, or operational risks. Candidate Profile Education: Engineering diploma or high school diploma.Professional experience: 1-2 years of experience in Logistics (operations and project).Technical competencies:Logistics processes and methodsIT:Kabal (ex-Wellit) Logistics software. Synergi.Common computing tools/software (Microsoft Office including EXCEL, MS Project, internet, e-mail).Languages: Fluent in English, written and spoken. Dutch or French are a plus.Interpersonal skills:Rigorous, organized, great adaptability, flexible, good reporting and common sense.Self-motivated, proven leadership and proactive for carrying out the activities of the job.Adhere at all times to the values and principles of the Company Code of Conduct.Able to work in autonomy, to adapt, to analyze issues and communicate effectively.Active team player with ability to integrate with others in different functions and environment, and able to develop relationships with the contractors, the TEPSR entities and local authorities.Dedication to customers service, adaptability, responsiveness and good analytical skills.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
