Role: HSE Advisor
Contract: February 2026 – January 2027
Work Pattern: Monday–Friday, 10-hour shifts
Location: Site based (Norwich)
Summary:
Seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support onshore construction projects during the commissioning phase. The role focuses on promoting a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance, and managing risk.
Key Responsibilities: Advise on HSE standards and legal requirements. Drive proactive safety culture and risk management. Review RAMS and monitor compliance. Facilitate safety meetings, inspections, and audits. Investigate incidents and report findings.
Requirements: 3+ years’ HSE experience in onshore construction. NEBOSH Level 3 or equivalent. Valid CCNSG or CSCS card. Clean UK driving licence. Strong communication and IT skills.
