Job Description SummaryThe Onshore Commissioning Supervisor for GE Vernova reporting to the Onshore commissioning manager.
You will be supervising all onshore commissioning activities with the responsibilities to prepare daily status reporting for management, Associated Works Contractors and commissioning management for coordination of activities with a special focus on any commissioning activities , to handle direct supervision and leadership of all onshore teams at the Marshalling Harbour, to handover to other rotations, to ensure respect of quality and manage priority and support Quality inspector onsite, to maintain effective EHS environment, including deployment of toolbox talks where appropriate Prior to Onshore operations (standard weekly activity from Harbour),
Your working week with be a 2x week on/ 2 x week off rotation based out of the Port Nigg Marshalling Harbour.Job Description

- Commissioning Teams Plan set up and Toolbox Talks
- Daily operations meetings and Punchlist alignment
- Daily supervisor meetings & proper record
- Safety Talks and walk rounds
- Daily / weekly Progress Report
- Minutes of Meetings for all team meetings
Required Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience/knowledge.Commissioning experience in electrical systems.High Voltage experienceElectrical Management and Leadership experienceDesired Characteristics
Project managing electrical projects and people management onshoreAbility to work from procedures, as built drawings & System Schematics.High degree of EHS and quality awareness.Strong interpersonal and leadership skillsHigh degree of flexibility, highly motivated with the ability to work under pressureStrong interpersonal people management and leadership skills.Ability to prepare and follow Tests and documentation check lists, test plans. Wind Industry experience
