The right candidate will specialize in the process of converting internet leads to onsite traffic/sales. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities*include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Manage and respond to all incoming internet leads generated through the company website, call-tracking system, and outsourced marketing using phone, email, and text communication. * Qualify inbound leads and convert prospects into on-site appointments for the sales team * Provide incoming call coverage for Divisions by accurately collecting customer information and transferring qualified leads to the Division Online Sales Concierge * Deliver a consistently positive and professional customer experience through clear, engaging dialogue and timely outreach * Execute effective follow-up on new and aged leads to maximize conversion opportunities * Accurately enter, maintain, and update customer information within the customer management (CRM) database * Apply strong qualification and discovery skills to identify genuine prospects with the potential of becoming sales opportunities * Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and enhance the goodwill and profit of the company * Ability to provide coverage outside of standard business hours, including second shift * Ability to work overtime * Regular and reliable attendance * * **Education and/or Experience** * Must hold Florida Real Estate License * Bilingual (English/Spanish) * One to three years of related experience and/or training * Strong customer service skills * Strong organizational and follow-through skills * Possess exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form or via DRH applications * Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook * Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
