D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Online Sales Concierge. The right candidate will specialize in the process of converting internet leads to onsite traffic/sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Manage and respond to all incoming internet leads generated through the company website, call-tracking system, and outsourced marketing using phone, email, and text communication.
Qualify inbound leads and convert prospects into on-site appointments for the sales team
Provide incoming call coverage for Divisions by accurately collecting customer information and transferring qualified leads to the Division Online Sales Concierge
Deliver a consistently positive and professional customer experience through clear, engaging dialogue and timely outreach
Execute effective follow-up on new and aged leads to maximize conversion opportunities
Accurately enter, maintain, and update customer information within the customer management (CRM) database
Apply strong qualification and discovery skills to identify genuine prospects with the potential of becoming sales opportunities
Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and enhance the goodwill and profit of the company
Ability to provide coverage outside of standard business hours, including second shift
Ability to work overtime
Regular and reliable attendance
