The right candidate will serve as the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers and focus on converting internet leads to onsite traffic and sales. This role plays a key part in delivering a strong customer experience while supporting divisional sales goals, partnering closely with Sales and Marketing teams. *This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with required evening and weekend availability.* *Essential Duties and Responsibilities*include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Manage and respond to inbount internet and phone leads from company websites and third-party sources * Provide prompt follow-up via phone, email, text, or video in accordance with speed-to-lead standards * Pre-qualify prospects to understand timeline, budget, and community preference * Match prospects with appropriate communities, homes, and available inventory * Schedule qualified appointments with onsite Sales Representatives and ensure smooth handoff * Maintain strong knowledge of communities, floor plans, pricing, incentives, and availability * Deliver a consistent, professional customer experience aligned with company standards * Accurately document customer interactions and lead activity in CRM systems * Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Mortgage teams to support divisional sales goals * Attend Division Sales Meetings and periodically visit communities to stay informed * Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies * Regular and reliable attendance * Ability to work overtime * * **Education and/or Experience** * High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and two or more years of experience in online sales, lead management, inside sales, or customer service * Proficiency with CRM systems, BombBomb, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools * Superb interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work independently and collaboratively * Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications ** ** **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field * Licensing requirements vary by state Come join a winning team with a Fortune 500 company!
