Job Summary Job SummaryOur Ideal Candidate Will: •Provide tutoring as scheduled, with an emphasis on fostering student confidence and curiosity •Post and market availability of tutoring along with schedule •Maintain a consistent schedule as arranged with their supervisor •Instruct students in the Spanish Language within a small classroom environment and 1 on 1 situation. •Meets with students to discuss areas of development and counsels students in the subject area of concern •Monitor student performance in class work, attendance, and discipline as needed. •Perform related duties as assigned. Requirements / QualificationsWe’ll need you to have the following requirements: •Proficient and demonstrable command of the subject area •Proficient computer knowledge and previous experience with Microsoft software •Minimum high school diploma or equivalent •Prior tutoring experiences are highly desirable
