OverviewThe Online Order Specialist will be results driven and assist the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Gift Shop to help ensure smooth operations and maximize sales and minimize costs. They will enhance customer satisfaction, and assist management in training staff & volunteers in the Gift Shop Operations. These duties will include but are not limited to sales, labeling, assistance with inventory control, and merchandising. This position has significant impact in serving the customer and sales.

Responsibilities Order Processing: Create online order forms in REDCap (online order platform) and review and respond to incoming orders. Order Fulfillment: Monitor inventory levels and accurately pick orders and ring sales in Counterpoint (point of sale register system).Shipping & Logistics: Prepare shipments, label packages and project spreadsheets; coordinate with Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to meet delivery timelines. Data Management: Update order statuses in online order platform (REDCap). Customer Service: Manage Gift Shop email inbox and respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, resolve issues, and handle returns or exchanges. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Assist with Gift Shop functions as needed, including ringing sales and stocking merchandise.Qualifications Associate's Degree and 3-5 years experience Benefits at Children's Mercy

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $19.23/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
