What You’ll Be DoingThe Online Billing Supervisor leads the team of Online Billing Specialists. The Online Billing Supervisor position is the key check point within the company to ensure all invoices are delivered to our customers for Accounts Receivable to receive payment.

Responsibilities Processes daily invoices prepared by Billing team via email, customer platform or mailTrains and quality checks the Online Billing SpecialistsPrepares and processes consolidated invoicesHelps maintain the Online Issue LogProblem solves with the appropriate party to resolve online issuesPerforms checks to find resolved issues and verify all invoices are accounted forCompletes assigned tasks in a safe, accurate, thorough, and alert mannerUpholds Company policies and proceduresWorks in a professional manner with managers, supervisors, coworkers, customers, and the publicOther related job duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibility:
Delivers value-added results by effectively delegating tasks, managing performance, and training and developing employees in the following positions:Online Billing Specialists Qualifications Excellent computer proficiencyExcellent ability to learn softwareProficient in Microsoft office and ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong computer proficiency50+ WPM typingExperience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and goalsOrganized detailed and self-motivatedAbility to multi-task and problem solveWorks well in a team environment as well as independentlyMust demonstrate organization and prioritization skills to manage timeMust be able to work overtime, as needed What We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree highly preferred.Prior Billing-related experience preferred.Previous experience in HVAC Industry or other service business preferred
