What You’ll Be DoingUnder the guidance from the Online Billing Supervisor, the Online Billing Specialist will process invoices produced by Billing Specialists. The Online Billing Specialist position is the key check point within the company to ensure all invoices are delivered to our customers for Accounts Receivable to receive payment.

Responsibilities Processes daily invoices prepared by Billing team via email, customer platform or mailPrepares and processes consolidated invoicesHelps maintain the Online Issue LogProblem solves with the appropriate parties to resolve online issuesPerforms checks to find resolved issues and verify all invoices are accounted forCompletes assigned tasks in a safe, accurate, thorough, and alert mannerUpholds Company policies and proceduresWorks in a professional manner with managers, supervisors, coworkers, customers, and the publicOther related job duties as assigned Qualifications
Demonstrated stable and successful work experience in billing/and or customer serviceExtreme attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent computer proficiencyExcellent ability to learn software50+ WPM typingExperience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and goalsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong computer proficiencyProficient in Microsoft office and ExcelOrganized detailed and self-motivatedAbility to multi-task and problem solveWorks well in a team environment as well as independentlyMust demonstrate organization and prioritization skills to manage timeMust be able to work overtime, as needed What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree highly preferred.Prior Billing-related experience preferred.Previous experience in HVAC Industry or other service business preferred Physical Requirements
