What the day will look like
+ Lead feasibility studies, focus group discussions, data analysis, financial modeling and to propose optimal flexible benefits plan designs
+ Act as Benefits/Flex advisor for our existing online benefit clients, work together with CRMS in building the implementation roadmap
+ Benchmark and evaluate benefit programs using data and evidence-based approach including insured and non-insured employee benefits
+ Collaborate with CRMs and regional online benefits team to articulate Aon’s online benefits offering and support business development
+ Foster close working relationship across Health Solutions team and Regional team to deliver integrated solutions
How this opportunity is different
The Online Benefits Consultant plays a strategic and client-facing role in designing, implementing and managing online benefit programs for corporate clients. The role combines technical consulting, data analytics and market expertise to deliver tailored employee benefits solutions that align with client objectives and regulatory standards
Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ Computer Skills (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
+ Communication skill in English (both written & oral), Cantonese and Mandarin
+ Client management experience, analytical, critical thinking, problem solving skills required
+ Ability to manage and influence key stakeholders internally and externally
+ Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and public relations skills – able to communicate effectively across organisational levels
