What you’ll be doing:

This position is NOT for Online Shopper - it is for Online Assistant - General Assistant.  The role is heavy-lifting totes all shift, and loading our delivery vans.  It is physically demanding, and starts at 04:00am    This role is for shifts starting at 04:00am and you must be able to reliably commute to the Leek store.    There are shifts available across multiple days of the week, but your role will include at least one weekend day.    For these shifts you need to be at least 18 years of age  Working behind the scenes dealing with customer queries, processing orders and helping to load the vans for our Home Delivery Drivers  Always ready to serve our customers brilliantly, supporting with any questions, and proactively offering help   Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations  Working flexibly across the store as required
