Chemours is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our OneStream platform supporting financial consolidation and account reconciliations. This role will serve as a key liaison between IT and finance teams, ensuring that our financial systems are secure, efficient, and fully utilized to meet internal and external reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary administrator of the internal OneStream instance, supporting workflows for Corporate Accounting, External Reporting and FP&A.
Maintain system metadata in accordance with change management policies.
Coordinate and execute system upgrades.
Communicate changes and release notes to accounting and finance users.
Provision users, manage security settings, and perform regular security reviews to ensure appropriate system access.
Develop and maintain documentation for key processes and controls supporting OneStream cubes.
Troubleshoot end-user issues with documentation and root cause analysis.
Support training for the OneStream user community.
Create, maintain, and update financial reports, forms, and dashboards to enhance usability for end users.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and implement enhancements.
Support future implementations and utilization of OneStream XF Platform or another consolidations tool.
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal financial controls.
Responsible for managing the account reconciliation process and ensuring compliance with all associated SOX controls.
This role includes direct supervision of one team member.
Required Education and Experience:
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or information systems.
At least 2 years administering, implementing, or optimizing applications such as OneStream, HFM, Hyperion, Financial Consolidation Close Cloud, etc.
Experience with financial close, consolidations, financial reporting, and FP&A.
Good working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement analysis.
Experience with systems such as OneStream XF solutions, other consolidations tools such as HFM, SAP.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with VB.net, SQL queries, scripting, and composing business rules.
MBA/CPA
