**Description and Requirements**
**Position** Partner Account Manager
**Roles and Responsibilities**
Relationship Management:
+ Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partner organizations.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and communications.
+ Regularly engage with partners to understand their business objectives, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Business Development:
+ Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and strategies for mutual growth.
+ Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and conditions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Sales Enablement and Support:
+ Provide partners with the necessary training, resources, and support to effectively sell the company's products or services.
+ Assist partners in developing sales and marketing strategies, including collateral, campaigns, and lead generation activities.
+ Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with partner initiatives.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
+ Monitor partner performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
+ Analyse sales data, market trends, and partner feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
+ Provide regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders on partner performance and market dynamics.
Strategic Planning:
+ Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize the value derived from partner relationships.
+ Collaborate with partners to identify new market opportunities, product enhancements, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
+ Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
Issue Resolution and Support:
+ Address any issues, concerns, or conflicts that arise with partner relationships in a timely and effective manner.
+ Work closely with internal teams, such as product management, customer support, and finance, to resolve partner-related issues.
+ Advocate for partners internally to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed.
Product and Market Knowledge:
+ Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services, as well as the competitive landscape.
+ Educate partners on product features, benefits, and differentiation to enable effective positioning and selling.
+ Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to partners to help them better address customer needs and challenges.
Revenue and Growth Management:
+ Collaborate with partners to set revenue targets and growth objectives.
+ Drive initiatives to expand partner revenue streams, such as upselling, cross-selling, and market expansion.
+ Continuously evaluate and optimize partner programs, incentives, and co-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth
+ Drive the Education segment with a focus on expanding the range within our partner base..
