Position Overview

As a Lilly Oncology Territory Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our oncology portfolio to healthcare professionals, including oncologists, nurses, pharmacists and other key stakeholders. You will work closely with your team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, ensuring that our therapies reach those who need them most.

Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leadersPromote Lilly's oncology products through in-depth knowledge and understanding of the science behind our therapiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and marketing initiativesProvide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare providersStay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and relevant clinical data

Prior knowledge or experienceMinimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in oncologyProven track record of sales success and achievement of targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel within the assigned territoryExperience of work with and developing local and national thought leaders.
