NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Oncology Specialist to join our team in the US, remote.
Position Summary
The Oncology Specialist collaborates with oncology clinical and operational stakeholders to implement cloud strategies for oncology applications. This role serves as a subject matter expert on oncology applications and clinical workflows, supporting data-driven decision-making and the delivery of cancer care services.
**Role Responsibilities**
+ Serve as a quality consultant and subject matter expert for oncology applications and cloud strategy.
+ Collaborate with technical teams to conduct root cause analyses and implement oncology cloud strategies.
+ Engage with oncology service line leaders and end-users to assess current technology capabilities and define future-state solutions.
+ Design and implement data integration projects supporting oncology teams, clinical research, and patient outcome tracking across multiple platforms.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and ensure alignment with departmental and organizational cancer care goals.
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of oncology clinical practices, emerging technologies, and interoperability standards (e.g., USCDI, FHIR) to inform analytics solutions.
+ Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and value of oncology analytics and reporting.
+ Monitor project timelines and task completion to ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes on time and within scope.
+ Escalate unresolved issues or process gaps to leadership and propose actionable solutions.
**Required Skills/Experience**
+ Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated expertise in oncology clinical workflows, electronic medical records (EMRs), and cancer registry data.
+ Minimum of 2 years knowledge of Varian and Elekta cloud strategies in Radiation Oncology and Medical Oncology.
+ Minimum of 5 years strong oncology experience and familiarity with oncology applications
+ Bachelor’s degree required
**Preferences**
+ Certification in Oncology is nice to have but not required
+ Plus would having knowledge around implementation of Varian and Elekta Cloud strategy
+ Experience with implementation of Varian and Elekta cloud strategies is a plus.
+ Ability to synthesize complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights for oncology care teams, service line leaders, and clinical researchers.
+ Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a focus on improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
+ Experience working in high-stakes clinical environments and managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is **($60 - $63/hourly )** . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
