Oncology Inside Sales Manager

IQVIA is looking for a high performing, results-oriented sales manager with a track record of success to join our team.  This is an exciting opportunity to join IQVIA as the Oncology Inside Sales Manager Lead for a top 10 pharmaceutical company. You will tasked to lead a team in support of the Oncology franchise in the Breast Cancer space.  The Oncology Inside Sales Manager will manage all operational aspects including build, leadership, training, coaching and performance management of a team of remote oncology inside/tele sales professionals.

Qualifications:

4-year Bachelor degree requiredMinimum 3 years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device or healthcare industryOncology experience preferred2 years of Pharmaceutical Management experience, managing a team of successful healthcare Sales Specialists requiredExperience managing tele-sales repsDemonstrated technical aptitude and proficiency in using technology for virtual interactionsStrong ability to communicate and work cross-functionally within a team environmentDemonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team towards meeting and exceeding objectives in a remote or call center environmentStrong leadership, planning and organization, problem solving and decision-making skillsCoach and council sales representatives virtually to reinforce product knowledge, core selling message and role model best practicesAbility to examine business environment and develop/execute in response to business opportunities.Excellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to travel up to 25%

The potential base pay range for this role is 155k annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
