\nAn Oncall Waiter is responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while having extensive knowledge of menu offerings.

\n\nTo prepare the setup of tables and chairs for the next service period\nTo ensure that the items like chinaware and cutlery are clean and in good shape\nTo ensure that the area he is responsible for is ready for service clean and with right equipment and goods\nTo ensure that all the sofas and chairs are clean and drop-free before the service\nTo participate in Pre-Service Meetings\nTo actively take part in pre-service preparations\nTo check if the guest has a special request checking the reservation in prior, make preparations if required\nTo communicate effectively and professionally with other departments\nTo assist guests with seating taking care of their bags and coats\nTo present menu and wine to guests\nTo ensure that all the guests are served warm bread and olive oil\nTo take order directing the guests with recommendation\nTo pass the order to related units through Micros System, open and follow up the addition\nTo organize set-up according to the nature of order\nTo assist guest in selection of wine appropriate for the food ordered \nTo recommend and serve starters before the main course\nTo service meal and drinks prepared in the kitchen or bar carrying them carefully\nTo guide the low tenure team members working with him in training, and ensure that the orders are brought to guests in the right way \nTo provide the service presentation that would maximise guest satisfaction\nTo pro-actively service guests needs depending on the order\nTo follow up the empty glasses and china, and ensure that tables are cleaned\nTo ensure that the drinks are refilled and the ash-trays are changed periodically\nTo utilize up-selling during meal-time\nTo make Liqueur and Brandi recommendations and sales\nTo ensure that the details like Dessert and coffee are added to the cheque\nTo check that the guest has not forgotten anything while leaving\nTo inform Restaurant Supervisor of Guest recommendations concerning any development area\n\nWhat are we looking for?
