ONBOARDING & TOOLING SPECIALIST
Job Description

About the role:
We are looking for an onboarding engineer who is experienced, technically skilled professional who can provide technical expertise across Logicalis's 
tooling, onboard new clients, govern their ticket queue and hygiene, and run and participate in small projects onboarding new customers. 


The Engineer will improve the efficiency of the customer onboarding process, learn and adapt to new tools and processes as they are implemented, identify and assist in building automation, and be comfortable talking and representing Logicalis in front of internal customers and clients

Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and updating Logicalis tools, which mainly consist of LogicMonitor, BeyondTrust, and ServiceNow, and may also include other tools as needed. Your duties will involve coordinating with the respective vendors for support, onboarding new clients and users and supporting Logicalis employees. You will also be expected to enhance tooling and tooling processes, as well as identify and assist in automation to boost productivity.
 

Support
Responsible for managing the incidents, requests and changes assigned to the Tools team queues in ServiceNow and maintaining ticket hygiene consistently. Documenting solutions and knowledge in the Logicalis knowledge management system.
 

Onboarding
Responsible for working on projects to build and set up tooling for new clients, finding and improving onboarding processes, and identifying and assisting in onboarding automation to enhance productivity.Attending meetings with clients to explain and answer questions about Logicalis processes and tooling
 

Your experience
Required:

A technology all-rounder with at least three years of experience in either Azure, networking, or digital workspace technologies.

At least three years of experience using ServiceNow and LogicMonitor.

Demonstrate ability to self-motivate and prioritise work.

Confident in speaking and presenting to customers and clients.

Demonstrate an eye for detail.

Have a passion and desire to develop and share knowledge.

Illustrate an understanding of broader business goals and objectives.
