AWS Infrastructure is looking for a talented, driven, and highly analytical, Onboarding Manager with a hunger for driving change and impact at a global scale to join Amazon Web Services Infrastructure Services (AIS) team. The successful candidate will have strong parcel transportation analytical skills, and have a passion for using data to drive business decisions. You thrive by providing data-driven decision support and business intelligence that is timely, accurate, and actionable.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive onboarding strategies for new transportation vendors and customers ensuring alignment with AWS global standards and requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed onboarding documentation and procedures for new vendors, including integration timelines, technical requirements, and compliance guidelines.
• Establish and manage vendor integration processes, including system access setup, training coordination, and documentation of standard operating procedures.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders (legal, tax, risk management, and business units) to facilitate smooth vendor and customer integration and ensure compliance with AWS global requirements.
• Develop and implement unified onboarding tools and information systems to support seamless vendor integration and operational readiness.
• Create metrics and tracking mechanisms to monitor vendor onboarding progress, including integration milestones, training completion, and initial performance indicators.
• Facilitate onboarding review sessions to address integration challenges, share best practices, and strengthen partnerships between new vendors and internal teams.
• Establish benchmarks for successful vendor onboarding and track performance against these standards.
• Analyze onboarding efficiency metrics and create reports to provide visibility into integration progress and success rates across regions and vendor categories.
