About the Job:
Provides administrative and pre-hire onboarding support to our talent acquisition team, hiring leaders, internal and external candidates. This role works in office at our Mishawaka IN medical center.
Tracks new hire compliance and completion of onboarding requirements
Serves as liaison between Talent Acquisition Partner, new hire candidate and other internal stakeholders regarding status of pre hire requirements
Identifies and escalates non-compliance or complex issues for review
Assists colleagues with recruitment issues such as Workday TA recruitment technical support
What You'll Need:
High School diploma or GED
At least one (1) year of experience in recruitment, human resources or a closely related role
Full proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Workday
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong ability to work in a team environment, both in person as well as virtually
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
