Action Behavior Centers, a leading behavioral health organization for children with autism based out of Austin, Texas, is looking for a professional, empathetic, organized, and detail-oriented person to join our team in a Teammate-focused role to help support and collaborate with teammates and leaders in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy world.
We need a compliance-savvy, analytical, and friendly Onboarding & Background Check Compliance Ambassador to help ensure that all ABC teammates are aligned with our onboarding standards and meet background check compliance expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, operations, onboarding, or compliance. Strong understanding of FCRA and background check laws. Experience working with HRIS systems, onboarding platforms, and background check vendors (Sterling experience a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, filters, formulas) and ability to analyze data effectively. High attention to detail and excellent critical thinking skills. Experience with Salesforce a bonus.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required / Preferred:
Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism. Ability to analyze information quickly and apply policy fairly. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience supporting process improvement efforts across HR or compliance workflows. Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and follow-through.
