Job Description
As an Onboarding Associate, you will play a crucial role in guiding applicants through the company's application and hiring process. You will be instrumental in ensuring that each candidate has a positive experience as they transition into their new role.
ResponsibilitiesAssist applicants with completing new-hire paperwork.Manage and support multiple applicants simultaneously in a room equipped with approximately 30 computers.Facilitate the fingerprinting process as needed.Assist with documentation, paper filing, and managing/storing paperwork and applications.Provide excellent customer service to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for applicants.Essential SkillsProficiency in onboarding and recruitment processes.Strong customer service and data entry skills.Experience with new hire orientation and HR administration.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken.1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service roles.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to navigate computer systems to assist applicants with online paperwork.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma required.Ability to provide a great experience for applicants during the application process.Work Environment
The position is based in an office environment, working as part of a team with approximately 10 other Onboarding Assistants. You will interact directly with applicants on the floor, creating a welcoming and efficient atmosphere.

This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.75/hr.
