Job Title: Onboarding Associate
Job Description

The Onboarding Associate supports the hiring process by engaging with applicants, coordinating orientation schedules, and ensuring accurate documentation within the applicant tracking system. This role focuses on high-volume outbound communication, detailed data entry, and professional candidate support to create a smooth and organized onboarding experience.

ResponsibilitiesReview new applicants in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and identify candidates who need to be contacted.Make 75–100 outbound calls per day to applicants to confirm their interest in opportunities and schedule orientation times.Send follow-up messages and documentation to ensure candidates receive all necessary orientation details.Update candidate statuses in the ATS to reflect their progress, including scheduled, declined, or not responsive.Maintain accurate notes and documentation for each applicant interaction within the ATS and related systems.Communicate professionally and clearly with candidates so they understand next steps in the onboarding process.Support the onboarding team with additional administrative tasks as needed to ensure an efficient and organized process.Essential SkillsExperience providing administrative support in a professional setting.Ability to support onboarding and new hire orientation processes.Customer service skills with a focus on clear, courteous, and responsive communication.Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to accuracy and detail.Ability to use Microsoft Office applications for documentation and communication.Comfort making a high volume of outbound calls on a daily basis.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple candidates and tasks at once.Ability to navigate computer systems and update information accurately in an ATS or similar platforms.Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior experience in customer service, administrative support, or recruiting coordination is helpful but not required.Familiarity with onboarding processes and new hire orientation logistics.Comfort working in a fast-paced environment that requires managing multiple priorities and deadlines.Work Environment

The Onboarding Associate works in an office environment, using computer-based systems such as an applicant tracking system and Microsoft Office to manage candidate information, documentation, and communication. The role involves frequent phone work, including a high volume of outbound calls, and regular collaboration with the onboarding team in a professional office setting.

This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
