Exciting opportunity for a person passionate about on-trade channel and trade marketing. You'll be instrumental in bringing our brands to life in the wholesalers channel and also in the HoReCa segment working collaboratively with both marketing and sales to drive key activations. This is a 12 months fixed term contract (office/hybrid role - 4 days a week at the office - Fridays at home)

Aligned with Brown-Forman long-term brand building and profit growth strategies, this position is part of a trade marketing team focused on On-trade channel in Czechia and Slovakia reporting to On-trade marketing manager.
What You Can Expect
Responsible for the execution of the On-trade WHS and Field plan (developing, execution, evaluation and reporting), in collaboration with Marketing Brand team and Sales, according to the TMKT strategy:
Designs, executes and evaluates activation, visibility and promotion plan for WHS in coordination with KAMs, On-trade marketing manager and Marketing Brand team
Prepares reports of On-trade activities, WHS leaflets and provides continual improvement suggestions
Supports Field Sales Team by preparing field distribution reports and controlling execution of field activities (promotion activities, Picture of Success execution, )
Leads POSM development for On-trade channels including print POSM (WHS leaflets, activation materials etc.), merchandise, visibility materials and other POSM for on-trade outlets in coordination with graphics designers, On-trade marketing manager, Marketing Brand team and Procurement department
Is responsible for execution of WHS customer events in coordination with KAMs, On-trade marketing manager and external bartending agency
Partners with MCHD agency, prepares brief and supervises to ensure perfect execution of activities in the market and in-store prominence
Administration support of TMKT team:
Supports S&BP process by preparation of inputs for Activity Review Meeting and Plachta (activity plan)
Administrates menubuilder app (bfmenu) in cooperation with external IT agency, proposes improvements and provides ad-hoc support to field team
Administrates folders and intranet page for sharing materials and information with field salesforce
Supports execution of festivals and events
Supports On-trade marketing manager with budget administration (Coupa orders, budget spends tracking etc.)
Ad-hoc support within the TMKT team.
What You Bring to the Table
University education (can be on-going) or minimum 1-year experience in trade marketing, marketing or sales with FMCG company
Fluent Czech/Slovak speaking and writing
Good English speaking and writing (min. B2 level)
Strong team-player, adaptable to fast growing, changing environment
Proactive approach
What Makes You Unique
Experience with FMCG company (e.g. during studies)
Experience with POSM development
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data
Strong computer skills with current (or the ability to quickly build) familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft office
Proven experience with project management and inter-department communication
Driving license
