On-Site RGM Manager, Commercial Planning and Forecasting

Position Responsibilities: Develop and maintain retailer-level SKU forecasts to support commercial planning and performance tracking Analyze depletion trends, syndicated data, and POS performance to inform promotional effectiveness and investment strategy Serve as the internal subject matter expert on promotional forecast performance by customer, supplier, and UPC Translate AOP growth targets provided by Finance into specific, customer-level planning strategies by account, brand, and product Partner with Sales, National Accounts, and act as a bridge between field teams and Finance to align commercial activities with financial expectations Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience Preferred Education and Experience: Masters Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
