**On-Site Recruiter – Adecco** Location: CITY, STATE Pay Rate: **Negotiable, Based on Experience** Contract-to-Hire Opportunity Adecco is seeking an energetic, motivated professional to join our team as an **On-Site Recruiter** . In this role, you will be the key link between our client, associates, and Adecco—helping drive success by managing the full recruitment cycle while delivering outstanding customer service. This is a contract position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. **What You’ll Do:** + Recruit and screen potential candidates for client openings + Conduct interviews, verify references, and evaluate applicant qualifications + Manage the Adecco onboarding process and ensure compliance with company policies and employment law + Partner with supervisors and associates daily to monitor success metrics + Provide coaching and counseling to associates regarding performance or attendance as needed + Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure ongoing satisfaction **What We’re Looking For:** + **2+ years** of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment– OR – **1–3 years** of recruiting experience + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities + Excellent communication and relationship-building skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) + Ability to resolve issues calmly and professionally + Self-driven, results-oriented, and adaptable to new technology/software **Why Join Us?** At Adecco, you’ll gain the opportunity to develop professionally in a supportive environment where your contributions make an immediate impact.
