On-Site Analyst

**What's the job?**
As an On-Site Analyst at CertainTeed, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient inventory management and enhancing inventory turnover rates. Your strong analytical skills will be essential in assessing the product mix and providing data-driven recommendations. You will be responsible for ensuring that the right products are ordered and delivered on time from the plant, while also delivering excellent customer service by resolving any issues related to product availability and delivery.
**Essential Functions:**
**Data Analysis:** Utilize analytical tools and techniques to monitor inventory performance. Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics.
**Order Management:** Ensure accurate and timely ordering of products from the plant. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to guarantee on-schedule deliveries.
**Forecasting and Planning:** Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities and recommendations. Understand advertising cycles and seasonality of the business.
**Inventory Optimization:** Analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained. Implement strategies to enhance inventory turns and reduce excess stock.
**Product Mix Evaluation:** Assess the product mix to identify opportunities for improvement. Make data-driven recommendations to optimize product offerings.
**New SKU Set Up/Price Increase Implementation/Deduction Management:** Manage the implementation of new skus and pricing changes. Assist the business team in interpreting deductions and work to resolve or clear them.
**New Store Set up:** Verify all SKUs set up correctly, while creating new stores orders keeping correct inventory level for sales and display quantities, track product orders and display orders and requirements to assure product/display arrives 100% complete and on time.
**Customer Service:** Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving issues related to product availability and delivery. Act as a liaison between the plant and the customer to ensure smooth operations.
**Other Duties & Responsibilities:**
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent relationship building skills.
- This position requires a self-starting, highly motivated, individual who works well in a team environment and with minimal supervision.

**What do you bring?**
+ Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Analytics, or related field, required.
+ 3 to 5 years of experience in retail data management, business analysis, or a related role.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and resolve complex data challenges.
+ Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
+ Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and communication skills.

Certain locations require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $56,000 to $84,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 7% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $59,900 to $89,800 Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
